Challenge the Use of
After-Market Crash Parts

Challenge the use of After-Market Parts By selecting an active state listed below, consumers will access state-specific form letters which can be printed, completed and sent to the insurance company that is suggesting non-OEM (imitation) parts be installed on their vehicles. We suggest these letters be faxed where possible.

If an acceptable response is not received within five (5) working days, we suggest a Consumer Complaint be filed with the Department of Insurance in that state.

If your state is not yet activated . . . check back with us soon, as we are working on them. Letters for every state should be available by Fall, 1999.
